Then when Elicia said something about Hughes having to finish his work- She doesn't understand death. The part that got me, well, parts, was when he was putting Elicia to bed, then glacia said "Just come back safe, okay? " (Or whatever). Hughes was one of my favorite characters (WAS). That was the saddest thing about it, but just the fact that this character died is sad, because I have seen scenes of this character and he was great. I don't watch this anime but I saw this scene and it was really sad.Elica was saying that he didn't finish his work and he needs to finish it, and didn't know what was really happening. This also help the audience connect to the Colonel since Ed wasn't helping and lead to ETHYS DEATH He's death was so post to be making u cry, there was a reason he was so lovable.
